摘 要:对茶叶精深加工企业的废弃茶叶渣进行主要营养成分、重金属含量测定并利用其进行3种草腐菌栽培配方试验。结果表明:茶叶渣自身含有非常丰富的营养物质,氮含量迭4.77%、碳含量达50.2%,并富含磷、钙、钾等多种微量元素,极为符合食用菌栽培;并且5种常规重金属含量均在安全范围以内。配方试验证明茶叶渣完全适合作为草腐菌栽培的一种新型基质,以10%~30%量替代部分栽培主料,以40%量添加于栽培主料均能节约成本,增加效益。利用茶叶渣栽培草腐菌,具有很高的推广价值。The main nutrient components and heavy metal contents of the tea residue from tea processing enterprises in Zhe jiang province were detected and the formula test on grass rot fungi cultivated using the tea residue was studied. The results showed that the nutrient of tea residue was very rich, the content of nitrogen and carbon was 4.77%, 50.2% respectively, which was rich in trace elements phosphorus, calcium, potassium, etc., suitable for the mushroom cultivation, and five kinds of con ventional heavy metal contents were within safe limits. The results of formula tests proved that the tea residue was suitable for grass-rot fungus cultivation as a new matrix, the 10%-30% amount to replace part of the cultivation ingredients, and 40% amount added to cultivation ingredients could save costs and increase efficiency. Using tea residue to cultivate grass rot fungi will be worth to promote.
