玉米铁甲虫成虫消化系统观察

摘　　要：【目的】研究玉米铁甲虫成虫消化系统,为深入探索该虫消化生理、杀虫剂作用机理和研发新型药剂提供参考依据。【方法】基于体视镜和透射电镜,采用解剖法和组织切片法,研究玉米铁甲虫成虫消化系统结构。【结果】玉米铁甲虫成虫消化系统分为明显的前、中、后肠3部分。嗉囊和前胃较发达。中肠前端较粗,后端较细。马氏管共有6条。中肠组织由外向内可分为纵肌、环肌、肠壁细胞层、底膜和内膜;后肠中的直肠组织可分为纵肌、环肌和直肠垫细胞层。马氏管内可见8-14个管壁细胞的细胞核。【结论】玉米铁甲虫成虫消化系统结构的特异性可能是其对寄主植物和环境适应性的结果。【Objective】Digestive system of Dactylispa setifera Chapuis（Coleoptera： Hispidae） was studied, in order to provide the reference basis for further research of its digestive physiology and insecticide mechanisms, and research and development of new agentia. 【Method】The dissection and histotomy methods were used to observe structure of digestive system with stereoscope and transmission electron microscope. 【Result】The results showed that, the digestive tract of D.setifera Chapuis included foregut, midgut and hindgut, and crop and proventriculus were well-developed. The front-end midgut was thicker than that rear-end midgut; D. setifera Chapuis had 6 malpighian tubes. The midgut tissue consisted of longitudinal and circular muscles, epithelium, basement membrane and intima. The rectal tissue of hindgut was divided into longitudinal muscles, circular muscles and cells layers of retal pads. A total of 8-14 epithelium nucleuses were visible in malpighian tubes. 【Conclusion】Structure of digestive system in D. setifera Chapuis adults may be attributed to adaptability for host plants and environment.
