摘  要:【目的】分析桂西南蚬木群落优势种群的种间关联性,揭示其种群间的共生关系,为桂西南喀斯特退化生态系统的植被恢复提供理论支持。【方法】基于样方调查,采用方差分析、X2检验、Pearson相关系数和Spearman秩相关系数检验,测定桂西南喀斯特山地蚬木群落乔木层优势种的总体关联性、种间联结和种间相关性,并结合PCA(Principal components analysis,主成分分析)排序进行生态种组划分。【结果】蚬木群落优势种群的总体关联性呈不显著正关联(P>0.05),种群间联结性较弱;X2检验有51种对呈正关联,50种对呈负关联,4种对无关联,正负关联种对数比值为1.02;Pearson相关系数及Spearman秩相关系数呈负相关的种对数分别占68.60%和62.70%,正、负相关种对数比值分别为0.46和0.58,表现为负关联趋势;15个优势种划分为5个生态种组,组内物种间关系多数呈正相关。【结论】桂西南蚬木群落乔木层优势种的种间联结较松散,物种分布格局相对独立,其优势种可划分为5个生态种组,组内物种对相同生境具有趋同适应性,组间物种具有不同的生态要求。【Objective】The present experiment was conducted to investigate interspecific association between dominant species in Excentrodendron hsienm community and reveal interspecies symbiotic relationships, in order to provide theoretical basis for vegetation restoration of degraded karst ecosystem in Southwest Guangxi. 【Method 】Based on the quadrat survey, the overall correlation, interspecific association and correlation coefficients among 15 dominant species in tree layer were determined through variance analysis, X2-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient test. And the dominant species were classified into different ecospecies groups, combining with principal components analysis( PCA). 【 Result 】 The results showed that, 15 dominant species showed non-significant positive overall association, it indicated that the interspecific associations were weak. X2-test showed that 51 species pairs were positively correlated, 50 species pairs were negatively correlated, and 4 species pairs weren't correlated,with positive and negative correlation ratio of 1.02. Pearson's correlation and Spearman's rank correlation coefficients showed that species pairs with negative correlation accounted for 68.60% and 62.70%, respectively, with positive and negative correlation ratios of 0.46 and 0.58, so species pairs presented negative correlation trend. Moreover, 15 dominant species were classified into five ecospecies groups, and most of intra-group interspecific relationships were positively correlation. 【Conclusion】The interspecific associations among dominant species are loose and scattered, and the species spatial patterns are relatively independent. Furthermore, the dominant species are classified into five ecospecies groups. And the intra-group species have convergent adaptation to the same habitat, while inter-group species have different eocogical requirements.
