不同激素种类及用量对西藏山茉莉扦插生根的影响

摘　　要：【目的】筛选出适合西藏山茉莉扦插生根的激素种类及用量,为其繁殖育苗提供参考依据。【方法】使用不同用量钾盐吲哚丁酸(KIBA)、钾盐萘乙酸(KNAA)和荷尔蒙顿(Hormodin)对西藏山茉莉半木质化枝条进行速蘸处理,统计不同处理的生根率、生根数和最长根长,分析不同用量KIBA、KNAA和Hormodin处理的西藏山茉莉扦插生根效果。【结果】1000.0 mg/L KIBA处理的西藏山茉莉扦插生根率显著高于Hormodin处理(P<0.05,下同);3000.0 mg/L KIBA处理的扦插生根率、生根数量和最长根长均显著优于其他处理,生根率达100.00%,生根数量为32.50条,最长根长达5.71 cm;8000.0 mg/L KNAA和Hormodin处理的扦插生根率分别达91.67%和87.50%。【结论】西藏山茉莉在3000.0mg/L KIBA溶液中速蘸10 s后扦插生根效果最佳,可在其扦插育苗中推广应用。【Objective】The hormone type and dosage suitable for rooting rate of Huodendron tibeticum（Anthony） Rehd. cuttings were screened, in order to provide references for breeding H. tibeticum（Anthony） Rehd. seedlings. 【Method】Different concentrations of potassium salt indolebutyric acid（KIBA）, potassium salt naphthylacetic acid（KNAA） and hormodin were used to dip semi-lignified branches of H. tibeticum（Anthony） Rehd. Then the rooting rate of cuttings, root number and length of the longest root were determined, so as to analyze effects of KIBA, KNAA, Hormodin and their dosages on rooting of H. tibeticum（Anthony） Rehd. cuttings. 【Result】The rooting rate of cuttings after 1000.0 mg/L KIBA treatment was significantly higher than the rooting rate of cuttings after Hormodin treatment（P〈0.05, the same below）.Furthermore, the rooting rate, root number and length of the longest root of cuttings after 3000.0 mg/L KIBA treatment were significantly higher than those of cuttings after other hormones treatment, which were 100.00%, 32.50 and 5.71 cm,respectively. The rooting rate of cuttings after 8000.0 mg/L KNAA and Hormodin treatments was 91.67% and 87.50%, respectively. 【Conclusion】Dipping in 3000.0 mg/L KIBA for 10 s is most suitable for rooting of H. tibeticum（Anthony） Rehd., which can be applied in breeding cutting seedlings.
