摘　　要：本文阐述了大数据时代的索引工作现状,揭示了大数据时代索引员在应对数字类型的扩展、数据库技术的发展、个性化知识需求等诸多方面面临的挑战,提出了索引员"三种能力"的提高是顺应大数据时代索引技术发展的需要,即索引员应加强编纂能力、沟通能力和分析能力的素质培养,以期更好地为索引用户服务。This paper expounds the present situation of index working in big data era,and reveals the challenges of the expansion of digital type,the development of database technology,and the personalized knowledge needs,and puts forward the improvement measures of ＂three kinds of abilities＂ of indexer,including strengthen the capacity cultivation of compilation,communication and analysis,in order to provide better service for users.
