专业图书馆服务科研机构的创新型实践与探索——以国家科学图书馆与省科院合作联盟为例

摘　　要：当前科研环境的范式转变、科技创新政策的挑战、虚拟科研环境的出现,对图书馆服务科技创新提出了更高的要求。本文通过分析中国科学院国家科学图书馆与省科学院搭建用户合作联盟、打造高端科技信息服务品牌、搭建文献情报共享服务平台、"责任馆员+科研管理人员"的信息服务模式等方面的实践,对专业图书馆提出了从资源建设、能力建设、用户角色转变、虚实科研空间构建的角度来服务科研机构的科技创新,实现合作共享的创新战略措施。The current paradigm shift of scientific research environment,the policy of science and technology innovation,the emergence of virtual research environment and the new requirements of scientific researchers,challenge the libraries＇ service to the science and technology innovation.Through the analysis of setting up cooperation alliance of National Science Library,Chinese Academy of Sciences and provincial academy of sciences,building science and technology information resources sharing platform,creating information service brand,the information service pattern of＂responsibility librarian＋ Research Management＂,this paper advices the library to attach importance to the resources construction,capacity building,the transformation of users＇ role and the construction of research commons when serving the scientific research institutions in science and technology innovation,in order to achieve cooperative innovation.
