摘　　要：本文阐述了以工业园区公共图书馆为代表的区域性图书馆,对于中小企业科技创新的文献保障与支撑作用,介绍了天津滨海新区科技文献服务平台的系统结构,提出了加强政府支持力度确保运维经费、加强区域协同发展实现跨界资源整合以及加强人员培训保证服务水准等发展对策,从而为区域科技发展提供资源发现和知识服务。This paper describes the document security and supporting role of regional library of industrial park for technological innovation of small and medium enterprises,analyzes the major system structures utilized in mining,data correlation during Tianjin Binhai New Area scientific data services platform development process.Then it proposes the idea of enhancing government funds support,utilizing cross boundary resource integration,and strengthening training system to provide information resources searching and knowledge service.
