摘　　要："奥巴马主义"是奥巴马政府所奉行的对外政策思想理念。美古关系的解冻是"奥巴马主义"取得的重要外交成果之一。美国之所以决定放弃半个多世纪以来对古巴的敌对政策,根本原因在于奥巴马政府改变思维定式后重新界定了实现和维护美国国家利益的最佳路径。美古关系的解冻不会一帆风顺,还将面临许多挑战。但美古关系的改善顺应了历史的潮流,符合两国的国家利益。美古关系的正常化进程或许还会有波折,但大势已难以扭转,美古关系将翻开新的一页。The thawing of U.S.-Cuba relations is one of the major diplomatic achievements under the 'Obama Doctrine'. The fundamental reason for the U.S.to change its policy toward Cuba is that the Obama Administration redefines the best path to achieve American national interest. Although the thawing of U.S.-Cuba relations will not progress smoothly because of many challenges ahead,the improvement of U.S.-Cuba relationship conforms to the tide of historical development and serves the interests of the two countries,and it will be difficult to reverse the general trend. A new chapter will begin in U.S.-Cuba relationship.
