摘 要:从"压力—状态—响应"模型(PSR)的作用机制出发,构建包括系统压力、状态、响应3个子系统26项指标的环境承载力评价指标体系,运用熵值法赋权,结合模糊综合评价模型对武汉城市圈环境承载力进行实证分析。研究得出以下主要结论:(1)近年来各城市以及城市之间环境承载力变化较明显,整个武汉城市圈环境状况从西北部向东南部地区逐渐递减;(2)武汉和孝感市环境状况有所改善,环境承载力逐渐增强,黄石、鄂州两地环境状况不断恶化,环境承载力逐渐下降,其他地区环境承载力变化相对较小;(3)依据评价结果,建议武汉城市圈要继续加大环境治理力度,尤其是要改善大气环境质量,加强生态文明建设,提高废水、固体废弃物利用效率和处理率。The article starts from the "pressure- state- response" model (PSR) mechanism, and builds an environment carrying capacity evaluation system including three sub - systems of pressure, state, and response, and 26 indicators. The article uses entropy empowerment, combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model about environment carrying ca- pacity of Wuhan metropolitan area, and carries out the empirical analysis. Finally, the article makes the following major conclusions : ( 1 ) In recent years, the changes of environment carrying capacity between the cities are obvious, and it is gradually decreased from the northwest to the southeast in Wuhan metropolitan area; (2) The environment situation has improved in Wuhan and Xiaogan ; the environment carrying capacity is gradually increased, and the environment conditions has been worsen in Huangshi and Ezhou ; the environment calxying capacity is decreased, and changes in environment car- rying capacity is relatively light in other regions ; (3) According to the evaluation results, Wuhan metropolitan area should continue making efforts to improve the environment, especially the quality of atmospheric environment, strengthen the con- struction of ecological civilization, improve utilization efficiency and disposing efficiency of waste water and solid waste.
