创新范式变革下区域创新生态系统影响因素研究

摘　　要：创新范式的变革必定影响区域创新能力。本文基于新创新范式对区域创新生态的影响,尝试从创新驱动群落、创新扩展群落、创新协调群落以及创新环境四个方面建立指标体系衡量其发展水平,并运用熵值法对西藏除外的我国30个省份创新生态系统进行定量评价。研究结果表明,创新驱动群落和创新环境在提升区域创新竞争力上起着关键作用,且从整体上看经济发展水平越高的地区,其竞争力水平也相对较高,最后提出增强"核心驱动力"、优化技术市场和促进中小企业发展的建议。Innovation paradigm change affects the regional innovative capacity. Based on the impact of a new innovation paradigm on regional innovation ecology, this article tries to establish an index system to measure the competitiveness level, from four perspectives, namely, innovation driven community, innovation extended community, innovation coordinated community and innovation environment. Then the entropy value method is used to quantify the innovation ecology system of 30 provinces except Tibet in our nation. The results show that the innovation driven community and the environment play a key role in promoting regional innovation competitiveness. From an overall perspective, the higher economic development level in the region will lead to the relatively higher competitiveness level of its innovation ecosystem. Finally, the corresponding recommendations are put forward to improve regional competitiveness.
