摘  要:为充分发挥梳齿工艺和刀具简单的技术优势,利用直线与圆弧相切形成光滑曲线的几何特性,把梳齿刀基准齿形齿顶、齿根部的齿廓曲线设计为圆弧,切齿时刀具齿顶、齿根部的齿廓分别包络出齿轮齿根、齿顶的内摆线和外摆线,且包络的共轭齿形不会出现反折尖点。采用梳齿刀切制复合齿廓其技术经济效益明显优于滚、插齿,尤其适合加工主动轮齿数很少的大模数、大传动比、大变位、大质数、精度和硬度较高的宽齿面双修形的窄空刀槽人字齿轮副。探讨了在正前角切削工况下,直齿梳齿刀的设计方法,为切制渐开线和摆线复合齿廓齿轮提供了一种较优的工艺方案。In order to fully develop the technical advantages of tooth hobbing and simple cutter and make use of the geometrical feature of forming smooth curve by tangency of straight line and circle arc,the curve of reference tooth profile such as top and root lands for cutter will be set as circle arc,epicycloid and hypocycloid of gear top and root are respectively enveloped in their profiles when cutting. Reversal bending point of conjugate tooth profile will not form. Cutting compound profile by tooth cutter shows more economically efficient than hobbing and shaping,especially at cutting double helical gear pairs with small number of teeth of main driving gears,bigger modulus,large transmission ratio and shift,greater prime number,broad tooth surface with higher accuracy and hardness,double modification and narrow dead slot. In this paper,the design method of straight tooth cutter will be discussed under condition of cutting at positive rake angle,provide an optimized way for cutting gear with involute cycloid and common cycloid compound profile.
