摘 要:近年来,适配体倍受关注。因其具备抗体所有优势的同时,还具有热稳定,低成本和应用广泛等特点,而被认为是抗体的理想代替品。本文全面系统地总结了适配体技术及其在生物医学领域的应用:适配体筛选技术;适配体在生物传感技术方面的应用;适配体在特异性识别靶细胞(尤其是癌细胞)方面的探讨;适配体在诊断治疗及医学方面的应用。综述了核酸适配体的获得途径,体外修饰以及在各领域的应用。综合核酸适配体的一系列应用,发现其在生物医学方面应用极其广泛,也最具前景。Aptamers which are known as the ideal alternatives of antibodies,have attracted interest of many scientists in recent years because they not only have all the advantages of antibodies,but also possess unique merits,such as thermal stability,low cost and unlimited applications.In this article,the aptamer-based technology and its applications in bio-medicine were summarized as follows:aptamer-based screening technology;applications of aptamers in bio-sensor technology;applications of aptamers in specifically recognizing the target cells,especially cancer cells;application of aptamers in therapeutic and diagnostic medicine.In addition,comprehensive range of applications of aptamers showed that aptamers were widely applied in the biomedical field and had great potential for development.
