神经外科手术中局部喷洒注射用血凝酶的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨注射用血凝酶在神经外科手术中局部应用的疗效及安全性。方法选取我院神经外科2013年6月至2014年6月收治的择期手术患者300例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(n=150例)和观察组(n=150例)。对照组患者术中喷洒10 m L生理盐水,观察组患者术中则给予局部喷洒10 m L生理盐水注+4 U注射用血凝酶。比较2组患者手术前后的止血效果及各项凝血指标。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的术中出血量和手术出血量明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组患者术后的APTT、PT、FDP及D-二聚体等凝血指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论神经外科手术中应用局部喷洒血凝酶,可减少手术出血量,但不会对患者的凝血功能造成影响。Objective To explore the clinical effect and influence of hemocoagulase on bleeding control and coagulation function in neurosurgery. Methods A total of 300 patients with surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were randomly divided into control group（ n = 150） and observation group（ n = 150）. The patients in control group were treated with physiological saline 10 m L topical spraying,while the patients in observation group were treated with physiological saline 10 m L plus hemocoagulase 4U topical spraying. The clinical effect and coagulation index were compared between the two groups. Results The bleeding volume of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 01）. No significant difference was found in the coagulation index of the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Hemocoagulase treatment during the operation can reduce the volume of bleeding and transfusion of blood,and do not affect the coagulation function in the patients.
