摘 要:以ZrOCl_2和Al(NO_3)_3为主要原料,Y(NO_3)_3为稳定剂,配制成溶液,采用喷雾干燥法制备氧化锆增韧氧化铝超微细粉体。在不同温度下,采用马弗炉对超细粉体进行煅烧处理。通过XRD、SEM表征方法研究Al_2O_3包裹ZrO_2复合粉末常压煅烧反应特性。结果表明:在1200℃煅烧条件下,易获得超细粉体Al_2O_3和ZrO_2晶粒的球状颗粒,且Y(NO_3)_3能保持ZrO_2四方相冷却至室温而未转变为单斜相。The mixture solution was prepared with ZrOCl_2 and Al( NO_3)_3 as the main raw material,with Y( NO_3)_3 as the stabilizer. Zirconia toughening alumina was prepared by spray drying method of super fine powder. Ultrafine powder was calcined by Muffle furnace at different temperature. Al_2O_3 parcel atmospheric calcined reaction characteristics of ZrO_2 composite powder was characterized by XRD,SEM. Through dynamic response,under the calcination temperature of1200 ℃,it was easy to get the powder of Al_2O_3 and ZrO_2 grain spherical particles,and Y( NO_3)_3can keep ZrO_2 tetragonal phase cool to room temperature and not turn into a monoclinic phase.
