摘 要:复杂基质中痕量组分的分析测定一直是分析化学领域的重要研究课题,迄今已有多种仪器分析方法被用于测定复杂基质中痕量组分,但通常复杂基质中的待测组分浓度较低且存在较强的基质干扰效应,因此有必要引入适当的前处理技术对样品进行富集和纯化。该文简述混合半胶束固相萃取技术的萃取原理,综述了该技术在有机污染物、金属离子和生物活性物质富集分离中的应用,并展望了其未来的发展方向。Measurement of trace components in complex matrix is an important research topic in the field of analytical chemistry,there are many kinds of instruments was used for determination of trace components in complex matrix. In the analytical process,the sample matrices are always complicated,and the analytes are with low concentration in the environment. Thus,it is necessary to introduce the appropriate pretreatment technology for enrichment and purification of the complex matrix sample. The theory of mixed hemimicelle solid- phase technology was introduced and the literature dealing with the separation and preconcentration of organic pollutants,metal ions and biological molecules was reviewed. Finally,orientation of MHSPE in the future was also discussed.
