摘　　要：综述了PVC树脂生产技术的进展。PVC作为既传统而又重要的合成树脂,其生产正朝着大规模、集约化、节能环保的方向发展,新工艺、新技术、新材料不断得到应用,推动着PVC生产技术向前发展。同时,出于中国自身的情况,电石法生产PVC会占有重要的一席之地。在引进技术的同时,我们应该加大技术创新的力度,解决企业存在的实际问题,提高行业核心竞争力。The newest advances in producing technology of poly（ vinyl chloride） were reviewed. The producing technology of PVC was developing towards large- scale,intensive,energy- saved and environmental direction. The new process,technology and material improved the producing technology of PVC. Meanwhile,calcium carbide process would be important in a extent long time in China according to the statement of China. In the introduction of technology,the intensity of technological innovation shoucd be increased,to solve the practical problems of the enterprise,improve the core competitiveness of the industry.
