蒙脱土和明胶改性丝素膜性能的研究

摘  要:丝素是一种无毒、抗感染、抗遗传毒性、相容性优良的生物材料,但由于其力学性能差,易于溶解,使用时必须进行改性。本文通过添加了不同比例蒙脱土制得蒙脱土/明胶/丝素共混膜,并对其进行FTIR、XRD及含水量和降解度进行测试。结果表明,当蒙脱土含量为10%时,共混膜的含水量最小,仅为9.8%,降解度达到最大84%。说明蒙脱土、丝素和明胶三者相容性良好,纯丝素的物理学性质得到了改善。The silk fibron is a kind of biological material which is non- toxict,anti infective,anti genetic toxicity and has good biocompatibility. But the pure silk fibron has poor mechanical properties and it is must be modified. The silk fibron is mixed with non- toxict montmorillonite and gelatin to improve its physical properties observably. The montmorillonite / gelatin / silk fibroin blend membranes were characterized by FTIR,XRD,water content and degradation degree. When the dosage of montmorillonite reached 10%,the minimum value of water content on blend membranes was9. 8% and the maximum value of degradation degree was 84%. The test results showed that the compatibility of montmorillonite,fibroin and gelatin was good,and the physical properties of pure silk fibron were also improved.
