苏里格气田某井常用钢材腐蚀规律研究

摘　　要：苏里格气田某井的气质资料为CO_2体积含量为0.127%,本论文通过现场腐蚀挂片测试,采用失重法、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)及X射线衍射(XRD)等,在现场试验条件下,对四种不同材质的腐蚀行为进行研究,结果表明:该井4种材质J55L、N80T、TP80、N80L腐蚀速率均在0.025~0.125mm/a之间,该气井属于中度腐蚀;腐蚀产物主要由FeS组成,说明该井的腐蚀为H2S的酸性腐蚀。产物中出现较高比例的BaSO_4,腐蚀产物膜中没有FeCO_3,说明BaSO_4的形成抑制了CO_2对钢材的腐蚀;该井的腐蚀可能硫酸盐还原菌起到了一定的作用,在硫酸钡垢下营造的极好的厌氧环境有利于硫酸盐还原菌的繁殖,产生S^(2-)。对于该气井,4种材质的耐蚀结果为:N80L>J55L>TP80>N80T。Sulige gas field is in a well temperament volume data for CO_2 content of 0. 127%. Through the field of corrosion coupon tests,using weight loss method,scanning electron microscopy（ SEM）,spectroscopy（ EDS） and X- ray diffraction（ XRD）,etc,in the field test conditions,the corrosion behavior of four different materials were studied,the results showed that in the well four kinds of materials J55 L,N80T,TP80,N80 L corrosion rates were between 0. 025 ~0. 125 mm / a,the gas belong to moderate corrosion,corrosion products were mainly composed by Fe S,indicating the well corrosion was mainly H_2S acid corrosion. A higher proportion of BaSO_4 product appeared,corrosion product film had no FeCO_3,explained the formation of BaSO_4 inhibited corrosion of steel by CO_2 corrosion,the sulfate- reducing bacteria may play a role. In excellent anaerobic environment created by barium sulfate conducive to the propagation of sulfate- reducing bacteria,S^（2-） was produced. For the wells,materials corrosion result was as follows： N80 L J55 L TP80 N80 T.
