摘  要:利用电解将镀铬板表面金属铬剥离完全,采用二苯卡巴肼分光光度法测定镀铬板表面金属铬的含量。实验中,探讨了电解电流、各显色条件对测定铬离子含量的影响,确定最佳试验条件。在优化条件下,测得镀铬板表面金属铬的平均质量浓度为94.09 mg/m2,其相对标准偏差为1.22%(n=5),对镀铬板试样进行加标回收,测得铬的加标回收率在97%~102%之间,说明该方法准确度较好,能满足日常分析要求。The metal chromium on the chrome plate surface could be removed absolutely by electrolysis. The content of the chromium ionic in the electrolyte could be detected by diphenyicarbazide spectrophotometry. If the area of chrome plate which was dipped in sodium hydroxide solution was measured,the mass content of metal chrome per area could be calculated. In the experiments,the influences of electro- analysis current acidity of solution,coloring time,the content of activator and the content of coloring reagent were discussed. The best conditions of the experiments were optimized. Under the optimized conditions,the average mass content of metal chrome on the chrome plate was 94. 09 mg / m2,the relative standard deviation( RSD) was 1. 22%( n = 5). The recovery rates of chrome were between 97% ~ 102%. It was indicated that the accuracy of the method was satisfied.
