摘　　要：探讨了山东农业大学基础化学实验课程体系的改革与实践,将原来分别附属于各教研室的实验课合并为一门基础化学实验课,成立基础化学实验中心,减少了课时,调整了实验内容,改革了教学方法,建立了完善的成绩评定方法,提高了教学质量和教学水平,提高了学生的实验技能和科研素质,同时对今后该课程的进一步改革提出了设想。The exploration and practice of teaching reform of fundamental chemistry experiments in Shandong Agricultural University were discussed. Several experiment courses belonging to different teaching and research offices were merged into one course,fundamental chemistry experiment. On this base,basic chemistry experimental center was set up. We reduced the class periods,adjusted the experiment contents,reformed the teaching methods,established perfect score evaluation method,improved the quality of the students＇ experimental skills. The conceive of the further reform of this course was also put forward.
