超级实习基地的初步构想

摘　　要：培养21世纪需要的、具有创新精神和实践能力的大学生,应加大实践实习投入、师资力量和训练强度。建立综合性、多功能、配套齐全的超级实习基地正是这一理念的一种体现,也是实践实习工作向科学化、规模化、正规化发展的必由之路。本文对超级实习基地及其地位与作用、地理位置、功能、建设与管理等方面进行了初步的设想与描述,重视校企联合培养模式、集中整合资源的超级实习基地将大大的提高高校实习质量,可满足多个高校、多个专业实习需要,彻底扭转目前高校实习的不利局面。To meet the training needs of the twenty- first century,it is necessary to increase the practice of inputs,teacher training and the toughness of the training to train the students with an innovative spirit and practical ability. The establishment of a comprehensive,multi- function,equipped well super practical base is also an expression of the idea,and also the only road of leading training to the scientific practice,scale,and regularization. with the description of the super practical bases and their status and role,geographical,functional,construction and management,and so on,were studied. Super practical base will significantly enhance the quality of colleges and universities,and accommodate training needs of multiple universities and professionals. The current practice unfavorable situations will be completely reversed.
