微波消解过程的安全隐患分析及对策

摘　　要：研究结合分析测试检验部门的实际情况,以安东帕的microwave 3000微波消解仪为例,论述了微波消解仪实验过程中的安全问题,包括实验的称样量,试剂的最少使用量,反应罐的组装及操作过程中的一些安全注意事项,为微波消解仪的安全使用提供技术指导。按本文安全措施进行样品消解试验,没有出现任何安全事故,表明只要严格按照本文安全操作要求进行实验,微波消解实验操作的危险源和危险点是可以有效控制的,试验过程的安全是完全能够得到保障的。Employ safety of microwave digestion apparatus becomes the exigent problem in the process of generalization with the application widely. Combined with the practical condition of instrumental analysis and chemical inspection,taken microwave 3000 made by anton paar as an example,the requriment of installation for the microwave digestion apparatus were presented,some problems in the process of implementation were discussed,and the technical guidance for the employ safety of microwave digestion apparatus was provided.
