摘 要:土壤酶是土壤的重要组成,与土壤肥力因子密切相关。选择贵州省贵阳市乌当区、安顺市西秀区、黔西南州兴仁县喀斯特山区不同林龄的无籽刺梨种植基地的根系土壤为研究对象,就土壤酶活性与肥力因子之间的关系,对土壤肥力因子对土壤酶活性的影响程度和机理进行探讨。结果表明:随着种植年限的增加,土壤酶活性与土壤肥力因子趋向变好;土壤酶活性与多个土壤肥力因子之间呈现出显著的相关性,可以作为表征土壤肥力的生物指标;由通径分析和决策系数可知,土壤全氮和速效钾含量对过氧化氢酶产生显著的直接正效应,速效钾、水解氮和有机质是影响蔗糖酶的主导因子,水解氮、速效钾和土壤含水量是影响脲酶活性的重要因素。综合来看,无籽刺梨的种植有利于喀斯特山区植被恢复和土壤肥力的提高,可作为生态重建的经济作物之一,而速效钾含量成为影响该地区无籽刺梨种植基地土壤酶活性的一个关键性因子,通径分析的结果和典型相关分析、线性回归分析大体吻合。Soil enzymes are significant composition that is closely related to soil fertility factors.And the root-soil of planting bases with different ages of Rosa sterilis S.D.Shi was selected to study the relationship between the soil enzyme activities and fertility factors in karst mountainous region of Guizhou Province,China.Fertility factors were also discussed since these have an impact on the effect level and mechanism of soil enzyme activities.The results show that the soil enzyme activities and fertility factors increased with a rise in planting age.Moreover,these selected enzyme activities are significantly correlated to several fertility factors and can assess soil fertility as a biological indicator.Path analysis and determination coefficients showed that the soil total nitrogen and available potassium have positive effects on the activity of catalase.Available potassium,hydrolysable nitrogen and organic matter are the major factors for the activity of invertase,while hydrolysable nitrogen,available potassium and water content are the main factors for the activity of urease.To sum up,the plantation of these fruit trees are beneficial for the vegetation recovery and the improvement of soil fertility in this region,which can be used as the first choice of economic crops for ecological rehabilitation.The lack of available potassium may be a key influencing factor for the three enzyme activities from these planting bases.In addition,the results obtained from the path analysis are generally identical with those from canonical correlation analysis and linear regression analysis.
