职业心理教育视野下高职人文教育优化探赜

摘　　要：以制器与育人矛盾丛生,技能与素质并行相撞及速效与潜隐难以共存为视角剖析高职院校人文教育现状产生的原因,提出通过人文理性引导工具理性,职业人文润泽专业技能和持续发展支撑就业能力破解我国高职院校人文教育桎梏。在具体策略上,需要做到课程整合凸显全人教育,校园文化融入职业精神及评价体系促进师资建设。Analyzes the causes of the present situation of humane education in higher vocational colleges fi＇om the battle of survival education and existing education,how to live and what to depend on,quick-acting cultivation and latent cultivation,then,put forward the opinion of promoting professional psychological education to return to educational nature by blending instrumental rationality and humanistic rational,professional skills and humanistic education employment capacity and sustainable development. As for concrete policies,we should eoneerate on curriculum integration and professional penetration,campus culture and professionalism,teachers and evaluation system build- ing,and then reshape the holistic quality.
