摘　　要：随着高等教育改革的不断深入,青年教师成长过程中面临的心理困境愈演愈烈,他们的心理健康问题也引起教育管理部门的高度重视,通过查阅文献资料,开展问卷调查、座谈访谈等形式,对高校青年教师的心理健康困境进行了综合分析,提出改进的意见建议,促进青年教师健康发展。with the deepening of the reform of high education,the young teachers are faced with the psychological predicament and this situation is getting worse. This problem has also drawn great attention of education management. This paper analyzes the young university teacherspsychological health problem by consulting literature material,questionnaire survey,discussion and interview etc.,and puts forward suggestions to promote the improvement of young university teachers.
