摘　　要：目的：应用近红外漫反射光谱法建立猴头菌片的一致性检验模型。方法：在4000~12000cm-1范围内扫描猴头菌片近红外光谱图,用OPUS分析软件进行处理,建立一致性检验模型。结果：使用一致性检验方法可以快速准确地区分不同厂家的猴头菌片。结论：本方法简单、准确,可用于假劣药品的快速筛查。Objective： To establish a near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopic conformity test for Houtoujun tablets. Methods： In the range of 4000 to 12000cm-1scanning Houtoujun tablets near infrared spectra, with opus analysis software for processing, to establish consistency test model.Results： Using the uniform test method can rapidly and accurately distinguish Houtoujun tablets from different manufacturers. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate, it can be used for rapid screening of counterfeit drugs.
