摘 要:目的:制备延效无毒的中药薄荷驱蚊剂。方法:以薄荷油和猫薄荷油为驱蚊有效成分,以释放系数为评价指标,采用单因素试验筛选驱蚊剂各种辅料,正交试验考察辅料用量。结果:驱蚊剂的处方组成为溶剂40%乙醇溶液88.37%,缓释材料(聚丙烯酸树脂-聚维酮K90=2∶8)3.68%,主药(薄荷油-猫薄荷油=1∶1)4.42%,增溶剂吐温-80 3.53%。结论:本实验将缓释技术和高效液相法应用于驱避剂的制备,为天然植物类相关产品的研制与开发提供了参考。Objective:To prepare non-toxic long-acting mosquito repellents containing peppermint oil. Methods: The mosquito repellent's active ingredients are peppermint oil and cat mint oil with the release coefficient as the evaluation index. Adopting single factor test to filter all kinds of excipients; using orthogonal test to investigate the dosage of the excipients. Results: The prescription of mosquito repellent containing 88.37% solvent solution of 40% ethanol,3.68%sustained-release material(polyacrylate resin / Povidone K90=2∶8),4.42%main drugs(peppermint oil/cat mint oil = 1∶1),and 3.53% solubilizing agent Tween-80. Conclusions: In this study,applying sustained-release technology and HPLC to the preparation of mosquito repellent,this provided a reference for the research and development of natural plant-based products.
