摘　　要：目的:探讨静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)与住院药房联合管理模式在我院的发展策略。方法:介绍我院联合管理模式的特点,探讨运行过程中采取的流程优化措施。结论:我院静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)与住院药房联合管理模式科学、合理,发展空间大,能够满足临床需求,值得其他医院借鉴。Objective：To investigate the sustainable development of cooperation mode between pharmacy intravenous admixture service（PIVAS）and inpatient pharmacy. Methods：The characteristics of cooperation mode in our hospital was introduced. And the workflow optimization during the run was investigated. Conclusion：Our cooperation mode between pharmacy intravenous admixture service（PIVAS） and inpatient pharmacy was reasonable and scientific.It had a great prospect to meet clinical needs and was well worth adopting by others.
