采用等值电磁暂态模型与平均值模型的MMC启动研究

摘　　要：开展了采用等值电磁暂态仿真模型与平均值模型的MMC启动研究。分析了MMC在启动以及直流故障期间桥臂电容电压的动态过程,提出了改进的MMC等值电磁暂态仿真模型。通过分析桥臂总电容电压的动态特性,提出了可仿真任意工况的MMC平均值模型。在PSCAD/EMTDC下搭建了21电平MMC的详细电磁暂态仿真模型、等值电磁暂态模型和平均值模型。仿真验证了等值电磁暂态模型和平均值模型的正确性,以等值电磁暂态仿真模型为研究对象,研究了启动电阻切除时间和直流电压参考指令值给定方式对系统启动的影响。This paper carried out the research on the equivalent electromagnetic transient simulation model and the average value of starting model MMC. The paper first analyzed the MMC at the start and the DC voltage of bridge capacitor fault during the dynamic process, and then put forward the improved MMC equivalent electromagnetic transient simulation model. Through the analysis of the dynamic characteristic of bridge arm voltage,it put forward the simulation at any condition MMC average value model. The paper then set up in PSCAD /EMTDC with the electromagnetic transient simulation model of 21 level MMC,the equivalent electromagnetic transient model and the model of average value. The simulation results show the correctness of the equivalent electromagnetic transient model and the mean value model. Taking the equivalent electromagnetic transient simulation model as the research object,the paper researched the influence of startup resistor resection time and DC voltage reference value given way on the system startup.
