摘　　要：以Φ1000mm大圆坯成材工艺生产的预硬型塑料模具钢1.2311厚板具有纯净度高、组织均匀、整板硬度差别小、内部质量好等特点,该工艺生产的厚板较传统的钢锭成材工艺生产的厚板成本大幅度下降,具有较强的市场竞争力。In comparison with heavy plates produced by traditional process from ingot, the pre-hardened plasticdie steel 1.2311 is produced by the new process from φ1000mm round bloom to heavy plates, having the following features： high cleanliness, homogeneous microstructure, uniform hardness, good internal quality, low production cost andgreat competitiveness.
