摘 要:为研究小花棘豆黄酮对家兔采食及代谢指标的影响,探讨小花棘豆黄酮作为饲料添加剂使用的前景,本试验将24只家兔随机分为4组,对照组和3个试验组,其中对照组仅饲喂配合饲料,试验组饲料中分别添加10、30、50 mg/kg剂量的黄酮,试验期60 d。每10 d测定一次家兔采食量和体质量,第60天屠宰后测定脏器系数及形态学变化,并检测血液学指标与血清生化指标。结果显示,家兔采食小花棘豆黄酮后未见异常临床症状,镜检家兔器官正常;试验组家兔脏器系数和血液生理生化指标均无异常变化,其中试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组家兔血清丙二醛(MDA)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL-C)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明适量添加小花棘豆黄酮不会导致家兔中毒,还可降低血脂和自由基含量,提高血清抗氧化酶活性,具有一定保肝作用。The main goal of this experiment was to investigate the clinical safety on feeding flavonoid from Oxytropis glabra DC for rabbit,then reveal the utilization of flavonoid from O.glabra DC in future.A total of 24 rabbits were randomly and equally divided into control group and experimental groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ.There were 6 rabbits in each group(3 male rabbits and 3 female rabbits).The control group were fed complete feed,different amounts of flavonoid from O.glabra DC(10,30,50 mg/kg)were mixed with the feeds in three experimental groups,the trial period was 60 d.Every 10 d the feed intake and body quality of rabbits were measured,the pathomorphological changes and coefficient of organ in rabbits were also observed,finally the hematological indices and serum biochemical indicators were tested after slaughter.The result showed that fed flavonoid from O.glabra DC didn't show any abnormal clinical diseases,toxic symptom hadn't been observed in organ by microscopic examination,the serum biochemical indicators,hematological indices and quots of organ was in normal limits.The contents of maleic dialdehyde(MDA),total cholesterol(TC),LDL-cholesterol(LDL-C)and VLDL-cholesterol(VLDL-C)in experimental groupⅡ,Ⅲ were significantly lower than those of control group(P < 0.05).The contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in experimental groupⅡ,Ⅲ were significantly higher than those of control group(P < 0.05).It showed that flavonoid from O.glabra DC in forage had no subchronic toxicity and good safety to rabbit,and was good to reduce free radical and blood fat in rabbit.It had liver protection of feeding flavonoid from O.glabra DC in forage for rabbit.
