重组人生长激素对烧伤植皮成活生长的促进作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:分析研究重组人生长激素对烧伤植皮成活生长的促进作用(包括植皮区愈合、蛋白质代谢、抗感染的作用)。方法:32例大面积烧伤患者随机分为两组(观察组和对照组),每组16例,两组均给予同水平的外科手术、营养支持及抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用重组人生长激素,比较两组患者的植皮区和供皮区创面愈合时间、抗生素应用效果、蛋白质代谢情况以及住院时间。结果:观察组较对照组术后抗生素应用剂量减少,用药时间、植皮区愈合时间、住院时间均显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论:重组人生长激素具有促进蛋白质合成,缩短创面愈合时间,增强机体免疫力的作用临床效果较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To analyze the promoting effect of Recombinant human growth hormone on the growth of burn skin graft(including protein metabolism,wound healing,anti-infection).Methods:32 cases of large area burn patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group in-cluded 1 6 cases,two groups were given nutrition support,surgery and anti-infection treatment of the same level,in addition the observation group was given recombinant human growth hormone.Compare wound healing time,antibiotics application effect,protein metabolism,and length of hospital stay of the two groups.Results:The observation group used fewer dose of antibiotics application,and had shorter medication time,wound healing time and hospital stay than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The recombinant human growth hormone can facilitate promote protein synthesis,shorten the wound healing time,and enhance immunity.It has remarkable clinical effect therefore is worthy of clinical application.
