摘　　要：目的:讨论糖尿病胰岛素抵抗与脑梗塞发生在老年病人中的关系。方法:对受检者为老年健康对照组(A组)和糖尿病并脑梗塞组(B组)均同时检测空腹血糖、胰岛素和血脂(CHO、TG、LDL、HDL)及身高、血压、体重等,分别计算该胰岛素的感指数和体重指数。结果:B组胰岛素敏感指数明显降低,与空腹血糖、胰岛素、CHO、TG、LDL、BP等呈显著负相关,而与HDL呈正相关。结论:老年糖尿病人的治疗,除应良好控制血糖外,更应注重提高机体对胰岛素的敏感性。Objective:To discuss the relationship between the insulin resistance and cerebral infarction in elderly patients.Methods:Both the healthy elderly control group (group A)and diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction group (group B)were detected at the same time of fasting blood glucose,insulin and blood lipid (CHO,TG,LDL,HDL)and height,blood pressure,and body weight,and the insulin sensitivi-ty index and body mass index were calculated.Results:The insulin sensitivity index of B group decreased sig-nificantly,and it was negatively correlated with fasting blood glucose,insulin,TG,LDL,CHO,BP,etc., but was positively correlated with HDL.Conclusion:The treatment of elderly patients with diabetes,except for good control of blood sugar,should pay more attention to the body's sensitivity to insulin.
