手工编织疗法在康复医疗中的应用和作用机制

摘　　要：目的:通过综述国内外手工编织相关的文献,阐述手工编织的康复医疗价值和作用机制,系统阐述手工编织在康复医疗中的有效性、科学性和实用性,并深入探讨其作用机制,对于今后科学研究和普及手工编织疗法提供素材。方法:以电子检索方式对Pub Med、Web of Science、中国知网数据库收录的有关手工编织作用和机制研究文献进行检索,检索时间从建库到2015年7月,检索词为"手工编织,康复"和"craft,weave,rehabilitation",并排除相同研究内容。结果:共检索到相关研究文献和论著25篇,检索结果表明,手工编织对于老年疾病、精神类疾病、以及手足功能恢复等多类疾病具有康复功能。同时,手工编织可能的作用机制是通过中枢神经系统调节机体功能,尤其是通过调节神经免疫功能实现治疗功能。结论:由于手工编织的可操作性和普及型,手工编织或许在中国将会在居家康复领域发挥重要作用。Objective： To explain value and mechanism of handweaving in rehabilitation medicine,systematically state effectiveness,scientific nature and practicality of handweaving in rehabilitation medicine,and further discuss its action mechanism though reviewing related articles at home and abroad,in order to provide information for future scientific researches and popularize weaving therapy. Methods： The articles about handweaving effects and mechanism from database building to July 2015 were searched from Pub med,Web of Science and China national knowledge infrastructure. The key words were ＂ handweaving and rehabilitation＂. We excluded the repetitive researches. Results： After screening,we included 25 articles in the review. It showed that handweaving was helpful to promote the people＇s health in old people,and promote rehabilitation of the patients with mental disorders and other diseases with impaired hand and foot functions. Especially,handweaving may play a therapeutic role though the mechanism of neuroimmunology by reshaping the brain. Conclusions： Handweaving may play an important role in the field of at- home rehabilitation in China,due to its operability and popularity.
