摘  要:结合工程实例,比较螺栓连接和焊接2种不同的连接方式、并精细模拟焊接过程、分析焊接残余应力、研究拼接板及节点板的形状等构造细节对节点应力的影响规律。研究结果表明:焊缝上纵向残余拉应力较大、分布规律较明显;横向残余应力受其他焊缝影响较大,分布无规律;焊缝平行方向的纵向残余应力基本保持不变、其垂直方向的横向残余应力出现马鞍型峰值;节点连接方式对节点应力分布的影响不显著;采用弧形过渡的节点板可以显著降低节点连接处的应力集中。Based on an engineering example, the stress state of two kinds of different connecting modes werecompared. Through simulating the welding process, the residual stress of welding was analyzed and the influenceof different shape node splice plates and other structural details on the node stress were studied. The analysis re-suits show that longitudinal weld residual tensile stress is large and distributes obviously . Transverse residualstresses are greatly influenced by other welds and distributed irregularly. In the vicinity of the weld, the longitu-dinal residual stress which is parallel to the direction of weld remains basically unchanged and the transverse re-sidual stress perpendicular to the direction of weld appears with a size of saddle peak, and the node connectionform has no significant impact on the internal stress distribution of nodes. Structural measures using arc transitioncan significantly reduce the stress concentration at the node connection.
