摘　　要：《卫生宝鉴》为元代罗天益(约1220-1290年)所撰,内容包括药误永鉴、名方类集、药类法象、医验纪述四个部分,涉及内、外、妇、儿各科,是易水学派的重要著作。《卫生宝鉴》具有以经典为基础,以实践为依据,以经典引导临床,以实践阐述经典的特点,尤其是其对医案和临床的重视,为中医学的传承方式提供了范例。Health Treasures was written by Luo Tian-yi（about 1220-1290） in Yuan dynasty. It＇s a significant Yishui-school work,which consists of four parts on misdiagnosis and mistreatment, collection of prescriptions, medicinal herb theories,medical cases and records, and involves the departments of internal medicine, surgery, gynecology and pediatrics. Its characteristics are as follows： classics are the basis to guide clinical practice which is the foundation to elaborate the classics. It emphasizes that medical cases and clinical practices offer paradigms for the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine.
