复方牛胎肝提取物片联合参芪肝康胶囊对慢性乙型肝炎患者纤维化指标及甲胎蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察复方牛胎肝提取物片联合参芪肝康胶囊对慢性乙型肝炎患者纤维化指标及甲胎蛋白的影响。方法:纳入102例慢性乙型肝炎患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各51例。对照组给予参芪肝康胶囊和常规的护肝治疗措施,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上增加使用复方牛胎肝提取物片,观察24周。检测2组患者治疗前后的纤维化指标及甲胎蛋白含量。结果:2组治疗后血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组血清PCⅢ、HA、LN与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗12周后,治疗组甲胎蛋白明显升高,对照组仅轻微升高,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗24周后,2组甲胎蛋白恢复到治疗前水平,2组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方牛胎肝提取物片联合参芪肝康胶囊能降低慢性乙型肝炎患者的纤维化指标值,改善临床症状。Objective： To observe the effect of compound embryonic bovine liver extract tablets combined with Shenqi Gankang capsule on fibrosis indexes and alpha fetal protein of chronic hepatitis B patients. Method： One hundred and two cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group, 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Shenqi Gankang capsule and conventional liver-protecting therapy, and the treatment group was given compound embryonic bovine liver extract tablets based on treatment of the control group. The observation courses last for 24 weeks. The level changes of fibrosis indexes and alpha fetal protein were observed before and after treatment. Result- After treatment, the levels of Ⅲprocollagen（PC Ⅲ ）, Hyaluronic Acid（HA）, Laminin（LN） in the treatment group were significantly improved（P 〈 0.05 compared with those in the control group）, The differences of those indexes in both groups before and after treatment were significant（P 〈 0.05）. After 12 weeks of therapy, alpha fetal protein in the treatment group was increased obviously, nevertheless that in the control group was slightly increased, the differences between the two groups being significant （P 〈 0.05）. After 24 weeks of treatment, alpha fetal protein in both groups was returned to the level before treatment. Conclusion. Compound embryonic bovine liver extract tablets combined with Shenqi Gankang capsule can reduce fibrosis indexes of chronic hepatitis B patients, promote the protein synthesis, improve clinical symptoms.
