河北省产业结构调整的节能效应研究

摘　　要：面临巨大的节能减排压力,河北省积极采取各种措施,使节能减排工作取得了较大成效。论文在分析河北省产业结构能源消耗特征的基础上,对河北省产业结构调整的节能效应作了全面分析:三次产业结构调整对能源强度影响有正有负,工业行业内部结构调整降低了工业能源强度;产业结构调整对能源消费总量的影响有正有负,工业内部行业结构调整降低了能源消费量。最后,从适当降低第二产业比重、加快工业行业结构调整、合理承接京津产业转移三个方面提出了产业结构调整的建议。Under enormous pressure on energy saving, Hebei actively take various measures, thus energy conserva- tion has made great achievements. On the basis of the characteristics of energy consumption of industrial structure, this paper analyzes the energy-saving effect of the adjustment of industrial structure in Hebei Province： in some years industrial restructuring impact on energy intensity is positive, but in some years is negative, the internal re- structuring of industries reduce the industrial energy intensity; the industrial restructuring impact on total energy consumption is negative in some years, internal restructuring industry reduce the industrial energy consumption. Fi- nally, the paper put forward some proposal to adjust the industrial structure from reducing the proportion of second- ary industry, accelerating industrial restructuring and undertaking industrial transfer.
