摘　　要：运用文献资料法,对不同位置优秀女排运动员非技术因素指标特征进行对比分析,旨在为排球运动员的选材和训练提供理论指导。结果表明:主攻队员、副攻队员和二传队员在身高、体重、克托莱指数、扣球高度、拦网高度五项非技术因素指标上的差异性不大,二传队员、自由人和其他位置队员相比在非技术因素指标上都具有明显的差异性;选材要根据不同位置队员的身体形态特征和技术特征来进行;训练要根据不同位置的技战术要求进行专项训练,区别对待。In order to provide some references for the selecting and training of volleyball players, this papercomparatively analyzes the characteristics of the un-technique indexes of the excellent woman volleyball playersin different positions by using the method of documents. The results show that the un-technique indexes are notobviously different in the ace, second spikers and the setters＇ height, weight, Ktole, smash height, and blockheight; but those of setters and free men comparing with other position players are significant different. So, theselect ought to be depend on the characteristics of body posture and technique in different positions; the trainingought to be taken specially depend on tactical requirement of different positions.
