儿童和成人肺炎支原体感染早期血清学表达及药敏差异性分析

摘　　要：目的分析成年人和儿童肺炎支原体(M.Pneumonia)感染后血清学早期检测和药敏结果差异。方法回顾分析2811例MP肺部感染的患者诊疗资料。结果 2811例MP患者早期血清MP-IGM和冷凝集检测阳性高于培养结果阳性,且成人组高于儿童组,两组药敏结果存在差异。结论 MP-IGM和冷凝集实验的应用可以提高MP的检测率。Objective To analysis the differences of serum expression and drug susceptibility of early mycoplasma pneumoniae（ M.Pneumonia） infection in children and adults. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2811 cases of MP pulmonary infection in patients with clinical data. Results Early serum MP-IGM and cold agglutination test positive for 2811 MP patients were higher than those in the culture,and the adult group was higher than that in children group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant difference. Conclusion MP-IGM and cold agglutination test can improve the detection rate of MP.
