左卡尼汀对维持性血透患者营养状况的影响

摘　　要：目的观察左卡尼汀对维持性血透患者营养状况的改善情况。方法随机选取50例维持性血液透析患者分为两组,治疗组25例,对照组25例。治疗组每周血液透析后予以左卡尼汀1.0g静脉推注,疗程为3个月,观察治疗组与对照组在血红蛋白(HB)、血浆白蛋白(ALB)、血钙(Ca)、血磷(P)、尿素(BUN)及血肌酐(Scr)的变化。结果治疗组血红蛋白(HB),血浆白蛋白(ALB),及血钙(Ca)水平显著升高,尿素(BUN),肌酐(Scr)水平明显降低,差异具有统计学意义。结论左卡尼汀可改善血液透析患者的营养状况,纠正贫血、白蛋白降低及低钙血症。Objective To investigate the effects of levocamitine on nutritional status in maintenance hemodialysis（MHD） patients. Methods Fifty patients suffering from MHD were randomly divided into two group. The observation group（ n =25） was treated with intravenous injection of levocarnitine 1. 0g for 3 months. Hemoglobin（ Hb）,albumin（ ALB）,blood calcium,blood phosphorus,urea and creatinine were measured in two groups.Results The serum levels of Hb,ALB and blood calcium increased significantly in the observation group after treatment compared with the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The serum levels of urea and creatinine decreased significantly in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Levocamitine can improve the nutritional status in maintenance hemodialysis patients and treat anemia,albumin decreased and hypocalcemia as well.
