摘　　要：目的探讨武汉市公务员心理压力状况及其影响因素。方法采用症状自评量表-90和邢占军编制的中国城市居民主观幸福感量表,对在职公务员的心理压力进行统计学分析。结果在忧郁、焦虑、躯体化、对立、人际关系敏感、惊恐、偏执、强迫症状、精神病性这九个因子中,有272人(59.52%)至少一个因子在2.0以上有症状。在工作超载、成长机会、成就动机、期望与评价等4个维度评分上,男性公务员和女性公务员的心理压力差异均有统计学意义(均有P<0.05)。不同年龄段、性别和学历的公务员的心理压力差异均有统计学意义(均有P<0.05)。结论政府和社会公众应重视公务员群体的价值取向、心理健康和工作生活情况,应重视和加强青年、级别较低公务员群体心理健康教育,适当调整公务员队伍绩效考核与选拔机制。Objective To gain insight into the mental status of civil servants and its influencing factors.Methods The symptom check list-90（ SCL-90） and Chinese city residents ＇ subjective well-being scale edited by Xing Zhanjun were used to analyze the serving civil servants＇ psychological pressure.Results 272（ 59.52%） subjects had at least one symptom above 2.0 among nine factors including depression,anxiety,somatization,opposition,sensitive interpersonal relationship,terror,paranoid,obsessive-compulsive symptoms and psychotic.In the evaluation of four dimensions score including work overload,growth opportunity,achievement motivation,expectation,significant difference was also found between male and female civil servants in psychological pressure（ all P 〈0.05）.Meanwhile,significant differences were also found in age,gender and education level（ all P〈 0.05）.Conclusions The government and social public should pay attention to the value orientation,mental health and work feeling of civil servants,and strengthen the mental health education on the youth and lower level worker.Furthermore,it is necessary to adjust the performance appraisal and selection mechanism properly.
