水囊填塞法及B-Lynch缝合法治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血49例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对比分析水囊填塞法及B-Lynch缝合法治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床疗效。方法将98例行剖宫产术分娩发生产后出血的产妇随机分为2组。B-Lynch组49例采用B-Lynch缝合法治疗,水囊填塞法组49例采用水囊填塞法治疗。观察2组临床疗效、手术时间、止血时间、出血量及并发症等。结果 B-Lynch组有效率93.9%,水囊填塞组有效率89.8%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。水囊填塞组手术时间及止血时间均短于B-Lynch组(P<0.05),2组术后出血量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论水囊填塞法及B-Lynch缝合法治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血操作简单,安全有效,水囊填塞法相对更简单省时。Objective To comparison and analysis the clinical effects of water bag packing and B- Lynch suture on the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia. Methods 98 postpartum hemorrhage subjects after cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups. 49 subjects in B- Lynch group were received B- Lynch suture. 49 subjects in water bag packing group were received water bag packing. The clinical effect,operative time,hemostatic time,the amount of bleeding and complication were observed in two groups. Results The effective rate in B- Lynch group and water bag packing group was 93. 9% and 89. 8% respectively,there was no statistical difference between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The operative time and hemostatic time in water bag packing group were shorter than those in B- Lynch group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no statistical difference on the amount of bleeding between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The therapy of water bag packing and B- Lynch suture on the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia easy to operate,safe and effective. The water bag packing is somewhat simpler and saves much time.
