摘 要:我国世界遗产景区门票价格存在价格整体偏高、门票价格与居民收入比例畸高、涨幅过快的现状,伤害了民众的旅游热情,也体现不出世界遗产的公益性质。造成这种现象的原因主要体现在世界遗产景区门票价格的管理体制不顺畅、门票价格调整缺乏市场调节、门票价格过高降低了本地居民的旅游热情、景区门票收入的使用监督体系不完善。在制定世界遗产景区门票价格时,应考虑景区资源类型与等级、地区经济发展水平、游客心理、世界遗产的公益性等几个因素。从设置独立的世界遗产委员会、加强门票价格市场与调控的统一、针对本地居民消费品特征制定适合本地居民的门票策略、建立门票收入支出监控体系等方面入手,不断改善我国世界遗产景区门票价格管理水平,兼顾市场化与公益性。The ticket price of world heritage site in China was wholly on the high side, the proportion of ticket price versus resident income was abnormally high with fast increase, which hurt the travelling enthusiasm of people, and the nonprofit nature of world heritage could not be reflected. This phenomenon resulted from the unsmooth management system of ticket price, lack of marker control in ticket price, decrease in tourism enthusiasm from high price and imperfect usage regulation system of ticket income. The scenic resource type and level, regional economic development level, travelers ' psychology and the nonprofit nature of world heritage should be considered when the ticket price was determined. Starting from establishing independent world heritage committee, strengthening the uniformity of ticket price market and control, setting up ticket strategy suitable local resident aiming at consumption characteristic of local resident, builds supervision system of ticket income and expenditure, the management capacity of world heritage site price should be improved continuously, which takes consideration of both marketization and nonprofit nature.
