生态文明视域下江西生态产业建设成效与对策研究

摘　　要：生态文明建设是"五位一体"发展的重要组成部分,生态产业是构筑生态文明的经济基石。通过总结生态产业的内涵及特征,分析了江西省近年来生态产业建设成效及存在的主要问题,并从树立绿色低碳理念、实施示范推广工程、强化科技创新、探索建立环境资源产权制度、完善生态产业统计和评价制度及建立健全法律强制体系等6个方面提出了对策建议。Construction of ecological civilization is an important part of the ＂economic, political, cultural, social, and ecological progress＂. Eco-industry is the economic foundation to build ecological civilization. By summarizing the connotation and characteristics of eco-industry, this article analyzes the effectiveness and main problems of construction of eco-industry in recent years in Jiangxi, and puts forward countermeasures from the six aspects of establishing the concept of green low carbon,implementation and promotion of demonstration project, strengthening scientific innovation, exploring the establishment of environmental resource property right, perfection of eco-industry statistics and evaluation system, and establishing and improving the law enforcement system.
