从知识产权看城市创新能力及创新生态系统构建——以珠海市为例

摘　　要：知识产权是区域创新能力的重要体现,从专利、品牌两维度分析珠海创新现状,发现珠海专利申请总量少,但专利申请结构合理;珠海创新行为主要集中在信息技术、制冷、打印耗材等领域少数大型企业,数量众多的中小企业缺乏创新;珠海知名品牌少,创新市场化能力低。借鉴生态学的思想,引入创新生态系统概念,并构建以创新文化为支撑的模型,分析珠海创新生态系统存在的问题,从创新生态系统的角度给出提升珠海创新能力的建议。Intellectual property is the embodiment of regional innovation capability. This paper analyzed the innovation ca- pability of Zhuhai from the perspective of patent and well - known trademark. The results showed that： Zhuhai applied less patent than other 8 cities in pearl river delta. Big business created more innovation in field of IT, refrigeration, printing supplies, while small and medium- sized enterprises lacked incentives to innovate. Zhuhai had very limited well -known trademarks. Borrowing the theory of ecology, this paper introduced the concept of innovation ecosystem and built a model of innovation ecosystem, and analyzed the existing problems of Zhuhai innovation ecosystem. Finally, the paper gave advice from the perspective of the innovation ecosystem to improve the innovation capability of Zhuhai.
