Objective To evaluate dual-Doppler technology in assessing the left ventricular diastolic fuction in type 2diabetes mellitus patients(T2DM)in different degress. Methods 60 patients with T2 DM were randomly selected and divided into two groups:without microangiopathy(n=32)and with microangiopathy(n=28).And 60 volunteers were randomly selected as control(n=60).Using traditional technology and dual-doppler technology to measure E/A,E/Vp,E/eL′,E/eS′,respectively.Compare the differences between the four groups.Results(1)Time of image store and analysis of synchronous measurement were significantly shorter than traditional methods(P〈0.05).(2)ICC and Bland-Altman analys is showed that E/eL′,E/eS′and E/Vp measured by the dual-Doppler modality had better reproducibility.(3)Compared with group C,E/Vp,E/eL′,E/eS′of group A and B increased significantly(P〈0.05);Compared with group A,E/Vp,E/eL′,E/eS′of group B increased obviously. Conclusions The dualDoppler technology is more simple, quick and accurate than conventional Doppler modality to assess the left ventricular diastolic function in T2 DM with different degree.
