声触诊组织定量技术对痛风与2型糖尿病患者胰腺损害的对比检测研究

摘　　要：目的探讨声触诊组织定量(VTQ)技术在痛风、2型糖尿病、痛风合并2型糖尿病胰腺损害中的临床应用价值。方法应用VTQ技术检测其胰腺剪切波速度(Vs),将结果进行比较。结果三组病例组胰腺声像图异常改变率均高于对照组,其中痛风合并2型糖尿病组、2型糖尿病组胰腺异常声像图改变率较健康对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组病例组胰腺Vs值均>健康对照组Vs值(P<0.05),且痛风合并2型糖尿病组Vs值>痛风组Vs值>2型糖尿病组Vs值(P<0.05)。结论 VTQ技术可敏感地反映出胰腺组织的硬度改变情况,有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of virtual touch quantification in the evaluation of pancreas damage diabetes and gout and diabetes mellitus complicating gout.Methods Routine ultrasound examination,the pancreas shear wave velocity values（Vs）of different groups were measured by VTQ technology,and the results were analyzed.Results The rate of the abnormal ultrasonogram of pancreas in type 2diabetes mellitus and type 2diabetes mellitus complicating gout groups were higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The Vs of the gout,type 2diabetes mellitus,and type 2diabetes mellitus complicating gout groups were higher than that of the control groups（P〈0.05）.The Vs of type 2diabetes mellitus complicating gout group were highest（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The VTQ technology can reflect the hardness of pancreas.And it has some clinical value.
