胎儿右肺缺如产前超声诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨胎儿肺缺如的声像图特点,提高对肺缺如疾病的认识,减少漏诊及误诊。方法回顾性分析3例胎儿右肺缺如并合并其他畸形的超声影像资料及与引产后尸检结果对照。结果超声图像特点为胎儿右侧胸腔内未见肺组织影像,左肺增大,心脏向右移位。彩色多普勒未见右肺动脉及静脉,仅见左侧肺动脉。结论超声检查对胎儿肺缺如的诊断具有很高临床应用价值,可以在中晚期妊娠进行诊断。Objective To explore the ultrasonographic characteristics and raise awareness of fetal isolated right pulmonary agenesis,reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.Methods We reviewed the files of patients with fetal isolated right pulmonary agenesis retrospectively,the ultrasonic image data and the results after induced labor.Results The characteristic of the fetal isolated right pulmonary agenesis were that no right pulmonary in the thorax and absence of bifurcation of the pulmonary artery with only the left branch shown,there were no right pulmonary veins visualized on color flow Doppler imaging and the heart on the right side and left pulmonary is bigger.Conclusions Ultrasonographic diagnosis of fetal isolated right pulmonary agenesis has an important practial value,it can make diagiosis in the early and mid pregnancy.
