摘　　要：目的探讨胸壁结核的超声造影声像图特征。方法分析56例经穿刺活检或手术病理证实为胸壁结核患者的超声造影表现,总结胸壁结核的超声造影特征。结果胸壁核超声造影主要表现为3种类型,Ⅰ型:环状增强型27例,病灶周边可见造影剂充填,呈环状增强,内部无造影剂充填;Ⅱ型:不均匀增强型19例,病灶内部可见不规则无增强区;Ⅲ型:分隔样增强型10例,病灶边缘增强,内部可见条带状分隔样增强。结论超声造影能较客观地反映胸壁结核病灶的增强情况,为穿刺定位及临床治疗提供可靠依据。Objective To explore the characteristics of chest wall tuberculosis with contrast-enhanced ultrasound（CEUS）.Methods Fifty-six patients of chest wall tuberculosis proved by biopsy or surgery were studied with contrast-enhanced ultrasound and summarize the characteristics.Results The results of CEUS were divided into three types：annular enhancement,uneven enhancement and separated enhancement.Twenty-seven cases of the first type displayed annular enhancement of the mass and inside region with no enhancement.Nineteen cases of the second type showed uneven enhancement homogeneous which had distributed and reflected the different intensity in the all area.Ten cases of the first type displayed margin enhancement and inside region with slight separated enhancement.Conclusions The technology of CEUS can objectively reflect the enhancement of the mass and provide the reliable basis for clinical treatment.
